David Clinton McNabb, M.D. Fellowship Trained Orthopaedic Surgeon

Dr. McNabb completed his undergraduate and master’s degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He attended Medical School at the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University, where he received multiple scholarships and awards. He completed his surgical internship and his orthopaedic residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He then went on to complete a Hip and Knee Arthroplasty Fellowship at Colorado Joint Replacement, the premier orthopedic center in Denver, Colorado.

Dr. McNabb specializes in adult reconstructive joint replacement surgery, focusing on total hip replacement, total knee replacements, and revision surgery.

Dr. McNabb has several research publications and presentations, and is an active member in many professional societies, including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS), American Orthopaedic Association (AOA) Emerging Leaders, Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor. In addition, he serves as a volunteer for Operation Walk Denver, a not-for-profit organization that provides joint replacements to people in developing countries and here at home.
